南方科技大学

廉洁治理研究院

　　为加强新时代廉洁治理研究，建设高水平廉政智库，打造全面从严治党和廉洁治理高地，服务深圳先行示范区建设，助推湾区协同发展，南方科技大学于2022年6月成立廉洁治理研究院（以下简称研究院）。

　　研究院下设3个中心、1个智库：廉洁指数研究与测评中心、纪检监察学中心、廉洁文化研究中心和南火智库，其中廉洁指数研究与测评中心与智库将与前海管理局、前海廉局等紧紧密合作共建。

　　为组建教师团队，充实研究力量，研究院诚邀海内外优秀人才加入。当前优先招聘的研究方向为：廉洁指数研究与测评、纪检监察学研究、廉洁文化研究，同时也欢迎法学、政治学、管理学、经济学、历史学、古代文学等领域人才加盟。招聘层次主要包括领军学者和研究系列教师（含研究教授、研究副教授、研究助理教授）。

招聘对象

　　一、领军学者

　　符合下列条件者可申请领军学者职位：

　　1.长江学者特聘教授、万人计划领军教授等国家级高层次人才；

　　2.在国内外知名高校及学术机构担任讲席教授或同等职位；

　　3.担任哲学社会科学全国性一级学会副会长及以上；

　　4.国家级教学名师、国家重点学科带头人以及其他在哲学社会科学领域具有相当重要学术成就和影响的国内外公认的知名专家。

　　以上专家年龄一般不超过62周岁，其研究方向要与研究院规划及发展相一致，实行一人一议、年薪制聘任。

　　二、研究系列教师

　　（一）研究教授

　　符合下列条件者可申请研究教授职位：

　　1.国内外知名高校教授；

　　2.其他申报者原则上需满足以下条件：

　　（1）担任哲学社会科学省级学会常务理事以上职务；

　　（2）近五年内主持完成过国家级或省市级哲学社会科学规划课题；

　　（3）近五年内在本专业权威性学术刊物上发表过高质量的学术论文，或在本专业领域出版过有影响的学术专著，获得过省（部）级政府颁发的三等以上哲学社会科学成果奖、决策咨询奖等奖项（第一作者成果）；

　　（4）列入省（部）级人才工程培养对象；

　　（5）具有较强的研究能力；

　　（6）取得博士学位，年龄一般不超过55周岁。

　　（二）研究副教授

　　符合下列条件者可申请研究副教授职位：

　　1.近五年在本专业有影响的学术刊物上以第一作者身份发表高质量的学术论文五篇以上，或在本专业领域出版过质量较高的学术专著；

　　2.近五年主持过国家级或省市级哲学社会科学规划课题；

　　3.具有较强的研究能力；

　　4.取得博士学位、年龄一般在45岁以下。

　　（三）研究助理教授

　　符合以下条件者可申请研究助理教授职位：

　　1.近五年在本专业有影响的学术刊物上以第一作者身份发表高质量的学术论文三篇以上，或在本专业领域出版过质量较高的学术专著；

　　2.具有博士学位，在知名研究机构学习和工作（含博士后）三年以上；

　　3.年龄一般不超过40周岁。

　　Institute for Public Integrity and Governance of SUSTech

　　SUSTech

　　Southern University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as SUSTech) is a new public research university in Shenzhen, established with high expectations and a strategic posture toward research. The university was created within the endeavor of China’s higher education reform and development.

　　SUSTech has adopted as a reference the discipline setting and school-running mode of world-class universities of science and technology. The university focuses on science, technology, and medicine, combined with a discipline system that includes business and characteristic humanities and social science. The university carries out research at the bachelor, master, and doctoral levels in corresponding disciplines. SUSTech is positioning itself as a think tank, leading social development, and as a resource of new knowledge and technologies.

　　The Institute

　　SUSTech established the Institute for Public Integrity and Governance (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) in June 2022 in order to strengthen the research regarding public integrity and governance in the new era, build a high-level think tank of governance integrity, create a hub for exercising the comprehensive and strict self-discipline of the Communist Party of China (hereinafter referred to as the Party), serve Shenzhen’s development of a pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and promote the concerted development of the Greater Bay Area.

　　The Institute consists of four units: The Integrity Index Research and Evaluation Center, the Discipline I nspection and Supervision Research Center, the Integrity Culture Research Center, and Nanhuo Think Tank，among which the Integrity Index Research and Evaluation Center and Think Tank will work closely with the Authority of Qianhai 、Qianhai Integrity Bureau, etc.

　　In order to improve the research strength, the posts of Chair Professor and Research Professor, which includes research professor, research associate professor and research assistant professor, are now open for applications within China and abroad. Areas of interest include, but are not limited: Integrity Index Research and Evaluation, Discipline Inspection and Supervision Research, Integrity Culture Research. The talents in the fields of law, political science, management, economics, history, and ancient literature are also welcome to join SUSTech. The institute will primarily recruit leading scholars and research series teachers(including research professors, research associate professors, and research assistant professors).

　　Job offers

　　I. Leading Scholars

　　For those who meet one of the following qualifications:

　　1.Specially-appointed professors of Yangtze River Scholars Program, leading professors of the Ten-Thousands Talents Program, and other national high-level talents;

　　2.Chair professor or equivalent at a well-known university or academic institution in China or abroad;

　　3.Vice president of the first-level national society of philosophy and social sciences or above;

　　4.National-level outstanding teachers, leaders of national key disciplines, and other well-known experts recognized in China and abroad with considerable academic achievements and influences in the field of philosophy and social sciences.

　　The above-mentioned experts are generally not more than 62 years old, and their research direction shall be consistent with the planning and development of the research institute. “One discussion for one person” rule and annual salary will be implemented.

　　II.Research Series Teachers

　　(I) Research Professor

　　For those who meet the following qualifications:

　　1.Professors from well-known universities in China and abroad;

　　2.Other candidates shall meet the following qualifications in principle:

　　(1) Serving as an executive director or above of a provincial association of philosophy and social sciences;

　　(2) Led and completed national or provincial and municipal philosophy and social science planning projects in the past five years;

　　(3)Published high-quality academic papers in the authoritative academic journals in the discipline filed or published influential academic monographs in the discipline field, and won the third-class or above philosophy society award issued by the provincial (ministerial) government Scientific Achievement Award, Decision Consulting Award, and other awards (as the first author) in the past five years;

　　(4)Selected into the provincial (ministerial) talent project training program

　　(5) Strong research ability;

　　(6) A doctorate degree, 55 years old or less.

　　(II) Research Associate Professor

　　For those who meet the following qualifications:

　　1.Published more than 5 high-quality academic papers as the first author in the influential academic journals in the discipline field, or published high-quality academic monographs in the discipline field in the past five years;

　　2.Led national or provincial and municipal philosophy and social science planning projects in the past five years;

　　3.Strong research ability;

　　4.A doctorate degree, 45 years old or less.

　　(Ⅲ) Research Assistant Professor

　　For those who meet the following requirements:

　　1.Published more than 3 high-quality academic papers as the first author in the influential academic journals in the discipline filed, or published high-quality academic monographs in the discipline field in the past five years;

　　2.Have a doctor's degree, and have studied and worked in a well-known research institution (including postdoctoral) for more than three years

　　3. 40 years old or less.
